Camps
Since 2013, The Hillary Fund has partnered with White Sulphur Springs, a conference center ministry of Officers’ Christian Fellowship (OCF), to provide camp scholarships to military families of children with special needs. These scholarships are available to any military family with a child who has special needs, and who wish to attend any of the retreats and/or camps offered through the White Sulphur Springs conference center’s OCF programming.
White Sulphur Springs is located in the foothills of the Allegheny mountains near the town of Bedford, Pennsylvania, and offers a variety of overnight, weekend, and weeklong retreats and camps for children, adults, and families. Military families of children with special needs who have registered and been accepted for programs at White Sulphur Springs are eligible to apply for scholarships provided by The Hillary Fund. The scholarship application can be completed online and submitted to the Hillary Fund. Scholarship recipients will be selected by the Hillary Fund Board of Directors, based upon the application information provided. Scholarship amounts may be awarded up to eighty percent (80%) of the family’s camp costs.
