Military families of children with special needs who have registered and been accepted for programs at White Sulphur Springs are eligible to apply for scholarships provided by The Hillary Fund. Scholarship recipients will be selected by the Hillary Fund Board of Directors, based upon the application information provided. Scholarship amounts may be awarded up to eighty percent (80%) of the family’s camp costs.
